It’s no exaggeration, my experience with BodyBAM really has improved my life in general not just my fitness levels. I’ve tried a few fitness programs and went to the gym around 3 -5 times a week but I found the BodyBAM workouts far more effective than other fitness routines. Although I liked being active I used to hate the treadmill and could only run for maybe a quarter of a mile before I’d take a break to start walking. I can now run 2-3 miles without stopping and enjoy every second of it! I also feel much stronger (I couldn’t do a single push up before and now I can do 20 without stopping, on my toes!) and people constantly compliment me on how healthy I look. I love the variation in routines; there are SO many different exercises I would never even think of. I’ve never tried boxing before and it never appealed to me but the boxing workouts ended up being my favourite! The great thing about BodyBAM is that all you need is a yoga mat and the internet, all the routines can be done in your bedroom or living area, and can fit around any work schedule.
